Background

Covers validation pipeline, validation runner, invariant enforcement, Definition-of-Done gating, and M3 E2E integration test.

Expected Behavior

The validation pipeline enforces invariants and Definition-of-Done criteria at gate points. The validation runner executes checks, and failing validations block plan progression.
