Background

Covers large project decomposition, context tiers, cost/risk estimation, output rendering, async execution, semantic validation, and scale testing.

Expected Behavior

Large projects are decomposed into manageable units, context tiers provide appropriate detail levels, cost/risk estimation informs planning, output rendering presents results clearly, async execution handles long-running work, semantic validation ensures correctness, and scale testing validates performance at size.
