Description

The tui source module is missing ASV performance benchmarks. As per our contributing guidelines, every source module must have performance benchmarks written using the ASV framework.

Subtasks

Create a new directory benchmarks/tui/.
Add new benchmark files to benchmarks/tui/ that cover the performance-critical parts of the tui module.
Implement the corresponding benchmark functions.

Definition of Done

The tui module has a comprehensive suite of ASV performance benchmarks.
The new benchmarks are running successfully in the CI pipeline.
