Background

This Legendary covers all hardening, testing, and security-related work across the project, including test infrastructure, security hardening, integration testing quality, and acceptance testing.

Expected Behavior

The project has comprehensive test coverage (97%+), security hardening, and acceptance testing at all milestone gates.
