This PR changed the charts from clevermicro-deployment to clevermicro-deployment-dev, also updated the value override since now the subchart is clevermicro-dev instead of clevermicro.

Closed since the chart cleverthis/clevermicro-deployment-dev is no longer valid, they are renamed back to cleverthis/clevermicro-deployment
