freemo 4c723509cf Add full AWS MCP server suite and update todoist package 
Expand from 2 core AWS MCP servers to the complete ~55 server suite
across Dockerfile, all config templates (claude-code, crush, opencode),
and the configure-mcp-servers.py script. Add per-server env vars in
.env.example, an AWS_MCP_ENABLE_ALL master toggle for no-config AWS
servers, and switch todoist from @abhiz123/todoist-mcp-server to
todoist-mcp. Simplify Dockerfile WORKDIR setup by removing git
clean/rm steps. Add CONTRIBUTING.md.
