Currently the pipeline only runs unit tests. After building the image, we should also perform an integration test to ensure the new version of the application is not breaking the platform. This ticket should use the shared actions implemented in clevermicro/test-service#21 to run integration tests and then call updatecli to update the stack and helm charts.
