We have something slightly odd.
The wikidata-20251215-all-BETA.ttl.gz file was used because, when I tried to run wikidata back in December, the correct file did not exist. But the correct file now does exist.
More important: the master branch has the correct location for the file -- https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/latest-all.ttl.bz2 . It's the other branches that are now wrong.
I don't know which branch you are working from. But the solution is to copy the correct location from master.
