Any packages needed by the package should use uv as the software to download and install software.

This won't take more than an hour to start -- the only requirements to start with are rdflib, datasets, huggingface-hub, rich, httpx, and pyarrow.

But this will have to be done, and as additional requirements happen, we will need to include them.
