Added 52 new .feature files and corresponding _steps.py files targeting previously uncovered code paths in the following areas: - TUI layer: app, commands, persona (state/schema/registry), widgets, input (shell_exec, reference_parser) - Application services: plan lifecycle/service/executor, session, project, repo indexing, correction, checkpoint, actor, llm_actors, strategy coordinator, resource file watcher, service retry wiring - CLI commands: session, resource, repl, plan, db, automation_profile - Domain models: retry_policy, resource_type, cost_budget, docker_compose_analyzer, detail_level, _sql_string_aware, _postgresql_helpers - Core: circuit_breaker, retry_service_patterns - Infrastructure: repositories, transaction_sandbox, strategy_registry, plugins/loader, container - Config: settings - Agents: plan_generation, context_analysis, auto_debug - A2A: facade All new tests follow the Behave/Gherkin BDD standard. Resolved step definition collisions with unique prefixes. Fixed Alembic fileConfig logger disabling issue (disable_existing_loggers=False). ISSUES CLOSED: #1068

Feature: TUI Reference Parser Coverage
Scenarios targeting uncovered lines in
src/cleveragents/tui/input/reference_parser.py
Background:
Given the reference parser module is imported
Scenario: Escaped at-sign token is passed through literally
Given the catalog is mocked with minimal data
When I parse references from the line "\@mention is escaped"
Then the expanded line should be "@mention is escaped"
And there should be no resolved matches
And there should be no unresolved tokens
Scenario: Typed reference with valid category resolves successfully
Given the catalog is mocked with resource entries "README.md" and "src/main.py"
When I parse references from the line "check @resource:README please"
Then the expanded line should contain "@resource:README.md"
And there should be 1 resolved match
And the resolved match category should be "resource"
Scenario: Typed reference with valid category fails to resolve
Given the catalog is mocked with resource entries "README.md" and "src/main.py"
When I parse references from the line "@resource:zzzznonexistent"
Then "@resource:zzzznonexistent" should be in the unresolved tokens
And the expanded line should be "@resource:zzzznonexistent"
Scenario: Untyped reference fails to resolve across all categories
Given the catalog is mocked with empty lists for all categories
When I parse references from the line "@totallyunknown"
Then "@totallyunknown" should be in the unresolved tokens
And the expanded line should be "@totallyunknown"
Scenario: Unknown category prefix falls through to untyped resolution
Given the catalog is mocked with empty lists for all categories
When I parse references from the line "@badcategory:something"
Then "@badcategory:something" should be in the unresolved tokens
Scenario: ValueError fallback in catalog file collection uses absolute path
Given the catalog cache is invalidated
And os.walk is mocked to return a path outside the working directory
When I build the catalog
Then the catalog resource list should contain the absolute fallback path
Scenario: Typed reference with plan category resolves
Given the catalog is mocked with plan entries "sprint-1" and "sprint-2"
When I parse references from the line "@plan:sprint-1"
Then the expanded line should be "@plan:sprint-1"
And there should be 1 resolved match
And the resolved match category should be "plan"
Scenario: Multiple tokens mix resolved and unresolved with categories
Given the catalog is mocked with actor entries "local/writer" and "local/coder"
When I parse references from the line "@actor:writer and @actor:zzzznothing"
Then there should be 1 resolved match
And "@actor:zzzznothing" should be in the unresolved tokens
