The reviewer/implementer dispatchers and the review-helpers skill
landed between 2026-05-04 and 2026-05-08. The plan document still
read as a deferred forward-looking design. Update it to mark every
shipped deliverable with a status entry + module pointer, explain how
the skill pattern (a second deterministic surface inside the worker
session) changed the architectural calculus, and replace the original
Tier-3 deliverable list with a four-item revised remaining scope:
verify-*-invariant cron jobs, implementer-helpers skill,
auto-agents.md watchdog gate, _opencode_worker.py audit (~5
engineering days total).
