Test Infrastructure Analysis Pool Status - Update

Status: Partially Blocked

Two analysis workers have failed due to environment restrictions:

missing-test-levels: The worker was unable to correlate source and test files because of security constraints that prevent string manipulation.
coverage-gaps: The worker was unable to clone the repository, create a workspace, install dependencies, or run tests due to security constraints.

These two analysis areas are currently blocked. I will not dispatch new workers for these areas until the environment issues are resolved.

I will continue to monitor the remaining 6 workers.
