Background

Multiple automated timeline refresh PRs were opened for Day 99, but the Epic-level PlantUML metrics still show the Day 98 percentages (M3 65%, M4 60%, M5 68%, M6 55%). This issue tracks the documentation fix needed to align the charts with the Day 99 risk register and schedule adherence tables.

Acceptance Criteria

Epic-level Gantt chart (docs/timeline.md) shows the Day 99 completion percentages for M3–M6 and Large Project Autonomy (M7)
Detailed Gantt chart reflects the same Day 99 percentages so the rendered charts match the narrative tables
Risk register, update log, footer, and today markers remain consistent with Day 99 data
PR closes this issue via Closes #<issue> and the commit footer includes ISSUES CLOSED: #<issue>
