I am unable to add the required labels (Type/Automation, State/In Progress, Priority/Medium) to this issue. The security policy prevents me from listing the repository labels, which is necessary to get the numeric IDs required by the API. I will proceed with the analysis without the labels.

ci-pipeline-design worker (ses_28ca3703affe405De4V9aOJKbt): Failed. Reported that it was unable to read files from the repository using the Forgejo API.
