Summary

Add a comprehensive showcase walkthrough for the v3 plan lifecycle covering actions, plans, filtering, and cancellation
Index the new showcase in docs/showcase/examples.json
Align the plan lifecycle reference tables with the current specification (phases and processing states)

Acceptance Criteria

Showcase demonstrates action registration, plan creation, filtering, status inspection, and cancellation with real CLI output
docs/showcase/examples.json includes an entry for the new example without removing existing showcases
Documentation tables list all four phases (action, strategize, execute, apply) and the complete processing state set, including constrained
