Failing Integration Tests

File: robot/wf02_test_generation_integration.robot

All 4 WF02 tests fail due to incorrect tdd_issue:4188 colon-format tag (should be tdd_issue tdd_issue_4188).

Tests:

WF02 Trusted Profile Auto Runs Strategize And Execute
WF02 Mocked Generation Produces Test Artifacts Only
WF02 Coverage Validation Enforced For Target Threshold
WF02 Path Safety Guardrails Reject Unsafe Destinations

Acceptance Criteria

All 4 WF02 integration tests pass without tdd_expected_fail once the underlying feature is implemented
