Failing Scenarios in features/resource_type_bootstrap_fs.feature

  • L21: fs-directory type exists after init without explicit bootstrap call
  • L29: After initialization fs-directory type exists in the registry
  • L39: resource add fs-directory succeeds after bootstrap

Context

Tagged with @tdd_expected_fail to allow CI to pass. Fix the underlying issues and remove the tags.
