Background

Covers asyncio integration, concurrent plan execution, plan and project locks, plan resume, changeset persistence, and diff review artifacts.

Expected Behavior

Asyncio integration enables concurrent plan execution with proper locking. Plan resume recovers interrupted work, changeset persistence ensures durability, and diff review artifacts support code review workflows.
