Product Build Session State

This issue tracks the automated product build session state for CleverAgents Core. Each comment is a checkpoint that enables crash recovery and session resumption.

CleverAgents is a unified platform for orchestrating AI agents — a command center for complex, long-running autonomous tasks. The target is to fully implement through milestone v3.7.0 with production-level quality.
