TDD companion issue for fix bugfix/m2-ci-status-check-resilience. Per CONTRIBUTING.md bug fix workflow, a Type/Testing issue with BDD scenarios must be created before the bug fix is considered complete.

Per CONTRIBUTING.md: Bug fix branches follow naming pattern bugfix/mN-<name> where N is the milestone number (M2 for v3.2.0). This TDD companion captures the test cases needed for the CI pipeline resilience fix.
