Implement comprehensive fixes for all P2:should-fix and P3:nit findings from the Strategy Actor code review: Update 5 step functions that were calling the private _execute_with_llm() method directly to instead use the new strategy_tree field from StrategizeResult: - step_execute_and_inspect_tree (line 619) - step_parse_self_dep (line 877) - step_parse_duplicate_step_numbers (line 968) - step_parse_non_sequential_steps (line 1075) - step_parse_non_sequential_steps_and_inspect (line 1755) - step_build_decisions_from_llm_tree (line 1299) - also added execute() call This eliminates the fragile double-execution pattern that produced divergent ULIDs and couples tests to private implementation details. Tests now use the public StrategizeResult.strategy_tree field. freemo	24aad463a1	feat(a2a): A2A facade session and plan lifecycle operations functional via CLI ... Wire CLI session and plan lifecycle commands through the A2A local facade, establishing the A2A protocol data flow: CLI -> A2aLocalFacade.dispatch() -> Service -> Domain. Key changes: - Added cli_bootstrap.py module providing get_facade() which lazily constructs a process-wide A2aLocalFacade instance wired to the DI container (plan_lifecycle_service, session_service, resource_registry_service, tool_registry). Service wiring is best-effort via contextlib.suppress. - Session CLI create command now notifies the A2A facade after session creation for protocol bookkeeping and telemetry. - Plan CLI commands (use, execute, lifecycle-apply) now notify the A2A facade via _notify_facade() helper after operations complete. The notification is best-effort (exceptions are suppressed) to avoid breaking CLI functionality if the facade is not available. - Added Behave feature (a2a_cli_facade_integration.feature) with 8 scenarios covering: facade bootstrap wiring, all 11 operations supported, session/plan dispatch through facade, and best-effort error suppression. The facade notification pattern preserves backward compatibility: CLI commands still perform the primary work via direct service calls, then notify the facade for A2A protocol compliance. Register PersistentSessionService in the DI Container so that 'agents session list' (and all other session subcommands) no longer throw AttributeError due to a missing 'db' provider. Changes: - Add _build_session_service() factory and session_service provider to Container, with targeted table creation for session/session_messages only (avoids bypassing Alembic for the full schema). - Add auto_commit parameter to SessionRepository and SessionMessageRepository; when True each method commits and closes its own database session, preventing resource leaks in CLI context. - Rewrite _get_session_service() to resolve via container.session_service() with module-level caching. - Add (DatabaseError, AttributeError) error handling with logging to all seven session subcommands (list, create, show, delete, export, import, tell). - Remove @tdd_expected_fail tags from all session test files so they run as proper regression tests. Implement TDD bug-capture tests for bug #570 where `agents session create` fails because `_get_session_service()` calls `container.db()` which does not exist on the DI Container class (AttributeError). Same root cause as bug #554. Behave BDD scenarios tagged @tdd_bug @tdd_bug_570 @tdd_expected_fail exercise the real DI path (no mocks).
