Subject: [PATCH] docs: remove duplicate HAL 9000 entry from CONTRIBUTORS.md

The CONTRIBUTORS.md file contained a duplicate entry for HAL 9000
(hal9000@cleverthis.com) that was introduced in a prior commit. This
removes the duplicate to keep the contributors list clean and accurate.
