prompts, sequence-form parameters, shorthand routing, dynamic_router)
- Change SHOULD/MAY to MUST for explicit canonical forms
- Deprecate agent_template, top-level instances, and merges-based
default router
- Expand forbidden forms in §16.2 and add field combination rules
- Update cross-references and remove obsolete examples
Remove all references to "CleverAgents", "CleverRouter", and
"cleveragents" configuration keys from the Actor Configuration
Standard. Reframe §9 from a prescriptive YAML section to behavioral
parameters without prescribing structure. Strip origin-hinting language
including "earlier prototypes", "legacy", and the "2.0" version
reservation. Rename langgraph_node to graph_node for neutrality.
Also fix MkDocs build: remove stale nav entries and correct broken
TOC anchor links caused by em-dash slugification.
