Add ActorCompiler module that translates GRAPH-type ActorConfigSchema definitions into LangGraph NodeConfig/Edge structures with LSP binding metadata. Includes subgraph resolution with cross-actor cycle detection, entry/exit validation, and CompilationMetadata for diagnostics.
